Process of Resolving Grievance:

You call our Customer care/ Support Team and register your complaint/Concern with them. They will provide you a Complaint ID and time needed to address that. In case they need more time Our Team will inform you accordingly

Then you can forward the Complaint along with Complaint Id to our Executive Officer and He will Resolve your Issue according to Remedy available at PayRupeesDigital.
