You call our Customer care/ Support Team and register your complaint/Concern with them. They will provide you a Complaint ID and time needed to address that. In case they need more time Our Team will inform you accordingly
If you are not satisfied with the Response/Solution provided by Our Support Team or their Response doesn’t solve your Problem/Concern/Complaint. Then you can forward the Complaint along with Complaint Id to our Executive Officer and He will Resolve your Issue according to Remedy available at PayRupeesDigital.
